Got a call from a woman with a strong Indian accent, she wasn’t too great at English. Claimed she was from British Gas, but I told her that’s not possible and she just ended the call. In the background, you could hear the typical noise you get from those call centres, probably other scammers targeting people.

A voice said they were from the housing benefits office or something, sounded off so I just ended the call and blocked the number quick as.

I didn’t pick up and there was no voicemail, probably just another spam call.
