Annoying as hell!

Got a call about how poor insulation was apparently leading to damp and mould problems. When I told them we weren’t interested in any extra insulation, they just hung up on me.

Some lady called saying she’d do a free loft check. But when I started asking stuff, she just hung up on me! Looks like a total rip-off to me.
