This number came up as spam for me. When I answered and asked who it was, then mentioned I was recording the call, they just ended it straight away. I've gone ahead and blocked it now.

My phone kept warning me about possible fraud whenever they called. It’s some dodgy loan company based in Ireland. Even though I’ve blocked every new number they use, they still ring me nearly daily. They seem to have a whole bunch of numbers, all beginning with 0161 524, with the final four digits changing each time. I’ve ended up blocking more than a dozen numbers from these con artists. Surely there’s got to be a way to put an end to this constant pestering. It’s just awful.

Getting loads of calls from 0161 524 but with the last digit swapped about. I block every one that rings but they just keep coming back with a new number that’s almost the same. I told them back on 1 September to take me off their list and said I’m not after a loan, still they won’t quit. They’ve rung from at least eight slightly different numbers, and it’s honestly getting really frustrating and feeling like harassment now.

I got two calls from this number in just a few minutes. When I rang it back, all I got was a recorded message about some money advice service for people having money problems. I’ve blocked it now.
