I had this number claiming to be O2 and somehow they got into my bank details, then set up a brand new account on my O2 profile without me knowing. They attempted to charge me over £1000 for phones, which thankfully is being refunded now. It’s definitely a scam; even when I told them I knew it was dodgy, they kept ringing non stop saying they were from O2. Really aggressive and annoying callers.

I got a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming she was from O2. She wanted to know if I was experiencing any problems with my service. When I told her I don’t use O2, she just ended the call.
