I received a call from a number posing as O2, and it turned out to be quite dodgy. They somehow managed to get into my bank details and set up a fraudulent account linked to my O2 account. On top of that, they attempted to dispatch over £1000 worth of phones to me, which I'm sending back. This number is definitely a scam; even after I informed them that I was onto their tricks, they continued to hound me, insisting they were from O2. It's all very intrusive and alarming!

I received a call from a foreign lady claiming to represent O2. She inquired if I was experiencing any problems. When I informed her that I wasn’t actually an O2 customer, she abruptly ended the call.
