Beware of those loft insulation scams, they’re really risky! I nearly got caught out myself. It’s not just a rip-off but can be downright dangerous too. Make sure to stay well clear!

Got a call from someone claiming to be an energy advisor, saying they were checking energy efficiency around our street. But the number they called from definitely wasn’t local. They tried to talk me into some loft insulation, but I never asked for it. Pretty annoying cold call.
