I received a rather suspicious phone call from someone who claimed to be an energy consultant, supposedly conducting tests in our neighbourhood. However, it struck me as odd since the number didn't belong to anyone locally. They were prattling on about loft insulation and it was clearly an unsolicited call. Quite the nuisance, if you ask me!
