I tend to ignore calls from unfamiliar area codes that aren’t from my town and just let them go to voicemail before blocking. I really don’t get why BT or whoever runs this landline can’t do something to stop these annoying calls.

Some bloke rang saying he was from EE. I told him my mum wanted a word but she was a bit busy chewing her dinner. Next thing, he called me a “muffukka”. I just replied, yeah, you’re not wrong, I was busy with his mum then.
