Had a voicemail greeting. I tried saying "wait a moment..." thinking maybe there was a real person, but it just looped the message. They claimed I could get a free medical alert device, and kept going over what it was like, over and over. Honestly, if I was someone who often fell, I'd be more annoyed about having to pick up in the first place, only to speak to a machine instead of an actual caller.
