I've had several phone calls from what purports to be an energy firm providing complimentary assessments of loft insulation. The woman on the other end, with her unmistakable English accent, has contacted me three times within the last month. It’s quite bewildering how she blathers on without allowing a breath, and even after I manage to squeeze in a firm ‘I'm not interested’, she just cuts the line. While there’s a chance she’s from a legitimate company, her persistence is quite bothersome and feels a bit too pushy for my liking.
