These pesky calls just keep coming nonstop! It’s really annoying!

Got a call from someone saying they were from EE, telling me I could get 40% off my monthly bill. At first they just mentioned SIM but when I asked which network they were with, they couldn’t answer properly. This is the second time in two days I’ve had a call like this. Watch out for these calls offering cuts on phone bills - seems dodgy to me.
