I picked up the phone when it rang but the person on the other end just ended the call straight away!

This afternoon I received a phone call from 01615246990. The person on the other end said they were from EE and tried to convince me about a huge discount on my phone bill, which seemed odd as I’m not even an EE customer. The caller spoke with a really strong Indian accent, making it a bit difficult to catch everything they said. It definitely felt like a scam, so I ended the call quickly.

They claim to be from 3 but they couldn't provide me with the code I arranged with the 3 network. Feels like a total scam to me.
