Funny thing is, she’s in Manchester, while I'm situated in South Wales-what a ruse! Honestly, she seemed totally out of her depth and hung up on me as soon as I pointed out that she was just as clueless during her previous call. Beyond frustrating... honestly, what a bunch of muppets!
