They rang me up, insisting they represented some sort of housing maintenance office or the like. I had to inform them that I'm the homeowner, not just a tenant, and thus, I don’t require any of their services.

Received a call on the 31st May 2023 from someone purporting to be affiliated with a housing association. They inquired whether I had any unresolved maintenance concerns. Strangely, they asserted that I owned a property and then proceeded to inquire who they imagined had made the call. The caller had my complete name and address at their disposal. I requested to be taken off their mailing list and promptly blocked the number.
