They rang me up, insisting they represented some sort of housing maintenance office or the like. I had to inform them that I'm the homeowner, not just a tenant, and thus, I don’t require any of their services.

Got a call on the 31st of May this year. The person said they were from some housing association, wanted to know if there were any maintenance problems with my place. I told them we didn’t own the property and asked who they thought they were speaking to. They actually knew my full name and address, which was a bit worrying. I told them to delete my details from their system and blocked the number straight away.
