2 yearsSomeone rang me saying they were from Warmer Solutions, supposedly out of London, pushing the idea that my loft needed checking for mould or damp. They were pretty eager, saying an engineer could pop by my place the very next day at 10am, 1pm, or 4pm. When I started asking questions, the woman quickly handed me over to her manager. I asked where their company was really located and the reason for the call, and Matthew suddenly got quite rude, even telling me “who do you think you are, god?” He called me rude and told me to stop wasting his time if I wasn’t interested. Oh, and he mentioned the call was being recorded.
