I received a call from someone purporting to be associated with O2, claiming they could unlock a 40% discount on my contract. They even mentioned my previous address in a bid to confirm my identity, despite O2 being informed of my current address. The caller seemed rather unpolished and hesitant, dodging my inquiries about their actual employer. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
