I received a call from someone claiming to be from my mobile provider, insisting that I was eligible for an upgrade. However, when I started questioning them, they quickly hung up, which raised all sorts of alarms for me. Sounds like a right dodgy scam, if you ask me!

It was quite clear that the person on the other end was a machine. They rang me not once, but four times, and each time I picked up, there was nothing but silence before they disconnected after a little while. Quite irritating, to say the least!
