I received a call earlier today from someone claiming to be part of a housing association's team that deals with disrepairs, supposedly regarding some issues with dampness in my home. However, I should mention that I'm actually the property owner, not a tenant at all. To top it off, they also had the audacity to use the incorrect name when addressing me! Quite baffling, really.
