The number was registered to 24/7 FastFix.co.uk, a service that claims to assist with urgent plumbing issues. They do send a plumber out quickly and only quote the callout fee upfront, which at first looked fair enough. However, once the job was done, I was hit with a charge of £250 per hour or part thereof, ending up with a bill of £595 for just an hour and a half of work. They offered a 2-year warranty on the repairs, but I had to pay the plumber separately for the parts used. Beware, as they definitely take advantage of urgent situations. Plus, I’m still waiting on the paperwork they promised to help me make an insurance claim. Feels like a bit of a rip off to me.

I got hit with a £682 bill for under an hour of work and they won’t even bother sending me an invoice! It’s ridiculous how they just charge without any proper paperwork. Definitely not happy about this at all.

Answered the phone and for some reason they hung up right away without a word, barely 3 seconds in. My S10 flagged the number as a possible spam or telemarketer.
