I’m pretty sure this was a scam, even though we ended up chatting for over 20 minutes, I never really got what the scam was supposed to be. I didn't pick up initially, but then rang them back from another line pretending I’d missed their call. They didn’t deny it at all and jumped straight into talking about RESEARCHING ISSUES WITH MAINTENANCE. I made up a sad tale about living in a retirement home. Just a heads up, be cautious. The main reason I’m flagging this is because I returned the call on a completely different number to the one that called me in the first place.

Just got a ring from this number a little while ago but decided not to pick up. Figured if it was something important, they’d leave a voicemail. Afterwards, I looked the number up on Who Called Who and saw loads of people saying it’s a scam. Since I didn’t get any voicemail or message, I’m pretty sure it was just a dodgy call.
