Got a call about loft insulation today. I mentioned I’m on the TPS, but they didn’t say sorry or try to explain, just quickly ended the call.

He kept saying he was some energy adviser from around here. He told me he was ringing to check my loft insulation because it was old and unsafe, offering to do it free and maybe replace it with a grant or something. Didn't sound right to me at all.
