Received a rather unwanted sales pitch for loft insulation. Mentioned I’m registered with the TPS, but instead of acknowledging it or offering any sort of apology, he simply hung up. Quite the rude encounter!

I don't believe a word he said. He presented himself as an energy consultant from round my way and claimed he was reaching out to check our old and potentially hazardous loft insulation free of charge, with the possibility of replacing it with funding from a grant. Very suspect if you ask me!
