Got a call out of the blue from someone saying that my loft insulation isn't up to scratch anymore. Pretty suspicious if you ask me, seemed like a sales pitch to get me to pay for an unnecessary upgrade. Worried it's just another dodgy cold call trying to scam people.

They were saying that the insulation in our loft might be harming our lungs and mentioned that the government actually labels that insulation as dangerous and irritating.
