Rather bothersome, isn’t it? They’ve been ringing me repeatedly, and it’s becoming quite exasperating!

This chap rang me, asserting he was from O2. He boasted about slashing my monthly charges by a whopping 40% and then, rather suspiciously, began probing for my card details under the guise of 'account verification'. Quite the dodgy tactic, if you ask me!
