I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be representing O2. However, it didn't take long for their ruse to unravel. Once I mentioned that I wasn't actually an O2 customer, and definitely not the "loyal customer" he kept going on about, his attitude took a turn for the worse. He quickly abandoned any semblance of politeness, started hurling insults my way, and then just slammed the phone down. Quite a shocking experience, really!
