Somebody pretending to be from HMRC called me; obviously a scam trying to trick people into handing over money. Typical stuff preying on those who might not be able to fend for themselves.

Some bloke called me claiming to be an HMRC fraud officer. He went on about how I was gonna be nicked in a few hours for tax dodging, theft and loads more. When I told him I don't earn enough for that kinda tax, he just ended the call. I've let HMRC know about it now.

I got a voicemail warning me to ring back straight away or there'd be a warrant out for my arrest. They said it was from HM Revenue and Customs, but I find that hard to believe - you'd think they would've sent a letter by now. Wish there was some more details on this page to check it out.
