Total scammer. At first, she claimed to be ringing from O2. When I told her I didn’t have any O2 account, she quickly changed her story, saying she was from Virgin since they’d bought out O2 🙄. Ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

They said they were from a business that sounded legit but I couldn’t find any info on it. Total scam.

When I picked up and said 'hello', an automated woman’s voice simply replied with 'goodbye'. From what I found out quickly, it seems this is probably some sort of telemarketing outfit, and the call was supposed to go through to a real person but didn’t. So, I’m labelling this as 'harassment' since I see telemarketing as just that.
