A bloke claimed he was from O2, but I had my doubts straight away. I told him exactly what I thought and he hung up. This number called me twice today, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

This number has rung me a couple of times, but they just cut off as soon as I pick up. From what I’ve read here, it sounds like a scam. About a year ago, I got similar calls pretending to be from O2, pushing amazing deals. I ended up calling O2 myself, and they confirmed they weren’t running any such offers. Seems like a classic fraud attempt. Be careful and don’t agree to anything with them. Best thing is to get in touch with O2 straight away and report it.
