They keep ringing but there’s never anyone speaking when I pick up. So annoying!

For the past year or so, I've been getting these calls where after about five seconds of complete silence, a recorded woman’s voice says “goodbye!” and then they hang up. It’s really started to get on my nerves now, quite frustrating!
