Received an unsolicited call from a chap with a strong Indian accent. I tried greeting him a couple of times, but there was no reply. After that, he proceeded to send me a rather inappropriate message! I promptly ended the call.

Received a call purporting to be from some IT helpdesk regarding my computer. I bluntly advised them to "get lost."

I received a call from this number initially, but there was silence on the other end before they cut off. About an hour later, I got another call. This time, a woman with a strong Indian accent informed me that there was a serious issue with my computer. I asked her which computer she meant, as I've got several at home. Suddenly, she went quiet and didn’t want to respond when I requested the IP address of the supposed faulty machine. She quickly ended the call.
