When I asked a few questions about my account to check who they really were, the woman brushed it off, saying they didn’t need any details from me. She mentioned someone would call me back around 2pm to talk more about the 5G SIM, but nobody ever did. Later on, I received an email from Sky warning me there had been suspicious activity on my account.Sky1 yearLooks like from the comment above, one person claimed to be from Sky while the caller told me they were with O2. It's the usual spiel about offering discounts, but actually they don’t do that - they just send an email afterwards saying it’s been done. Never hand over passwords or any private info. I refused to give my email too, as they said it was to verify my identity (yeah right!). I bet they’d just sell it on to other companies and I’d get bombarded even more.
