Received a call purporting to be from O2, saying they were offering me a discount on my tariff. However, I've never been an O2 customer in the first place!

For heaven's sake, can you please just cut it out with the calls? It's such a bother! I picked up the phone, but there was absolutely no one there, just an eerie silence for a good five seconds before the call dropped. What a waste of my time!
