I received a rather dubious phone call from a woman claiming to be associated with Virgin Media. Her pitch was quite believable, luring me in with an enticing discount for loyal customers. However, sensing something was off, I promptly reached out to Virgin Media for clarification. To my shock, they informed me that an iPhone had been billed to my account! I don't own an iPhone and would never sanction such a transaction, so they swiftly rectified it for me. Had I not taken the precaution to verify, I would have been landed with an unwarranted charge. Please, steer clear of this number and keep your information under wraps!
