I normally let these scam calls drag on just to gather all the info for a proper write-up, but the lady’s accent was quite hard to follow apart from the bit about a free loft insulation survey. From what I’ve seen online, the idea is they pop round, check your loft, then suddenly start hassling you to pay a hefty amount for overpriced materials and work you probably don’t need - and sometimes they might not even complete the job. Honestly, steer clear of this one.
