The call showed up from a Manchester area code. Since I don’t know anyone from there, I just ignored it. It only rang a couple of times and left no voicemail, so it’s clearly some kind of scam.

Got a call from a guy named Eric, sounded Indian. He was saying I owed loads on some store cards or something. Total scam, no doubt. When I asked him for more details, he just ended the call. I really hate getting those dodgy calls!

They kept callin me all day, but I didn’t pick up 'cause I had no idea who it was.

Had a bloke call me, said his name was Eric and that he was from some debt advice firm. Told me my info had been shared because I supposedly owe money. When I asked where he got that info from, he just cut me off. This kind of thing has happened quite a few times lately, but usually their thick foreign accents make it hard to understand what they’re on about. With money being tight for many at the moment, I reckon this kind of call could really scare some folks.

Got a call from this number the other day. My missus picked it up and the guy on the line, who said his name was Peter, claimed that I had rung them about some issue with Windows. Thing is, I never called anyone about anything like that. The bloke definitely had a funny accent, not local. Feels like a dodgy scam where they want to sneak into your computer and control it from afar. Be careful!
