These calls come nonstop for me too. I tried blocking them once, but it’s pointless since they have so many different numbers to use. Now, I just ignore any calls from numbers I don’t recognise; I only pick up if it’s someone saved in my contacts. If it’s something urgent, they can always leave a message or send a text. Actually, I’ve noticed this way I get fewer annoying calls. I don’t even hang up on them - I just let the phone ring until it stops.

Just to chime in, these phone numbers aren’t actually based where they say they are - take this one that seems like it’s from Manchester. When I confronted a scammer, who didn’t seem the sharpest tool in the shed, he accidentally revealed he was really ringing from somewhere in South East Asia. They’re all faking the numbers so it looks like they’re calling from around here in the UK.

When I attempted to call them back, there was some recorded message telling me to stay on the line, but the moment someone actually answered, they immediately ended the call. Really weird!
