I've had to deal with these loft insulation calls twice now, and it's the same old nonsense. They seem clueless about the actual product and are just keen to set up a survey with an advisor. They don't bother checking if you're registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and the moment you bring it up, they hang up on you. Honestly thinking about reporting them to the ICO next.

Someone rang me claiming to be from 'ecohub', but when I questioned whether they were a private company, government funded or a charity, they couldn’t give a clear answer. They tried to arrange a free inspection despite me mentioning I’d already had building work checked out in the past year. When I said I’d need written confirmation before inviting anyone I didn’t know into my home, they just ended the call. Feels like a dodgy scheme to me - I wouldn’t trust them to come round.
