I keep getting calls with no voicemail left, super annoying. After looking at other comments here, it’s clear this has gotta be a scam.

Got a call from a number I didn't recognise, it was one of those automated messages that didn’t say who they were. It mentioned some big international deal or something, probably trying to freak me out so I'd press a button. Sadly, my landline won’t let me block calls, so I just end up ignoring it.

Got a call from a woman’s voice that was obviously automated, said something about my bank card and security. She mentioned some dodgy transactions but never said which bank or card she was talking about. Classic scam warning, watch out!

The call got cut as soon as I picked up - seems like one of those dodgy auto scams that don't even wait for you to speak. Probably some phishing rubbish.

This number was taken over by finvestings.com about a year ago. They often use fake numbers that seem legit to trick people. A guy named Simon Generk from finvestings.com is linked to loads of scams targeting folks in the UK. We really gotta stick together against this.

Watch out, this is definitely a scam. We're listed ex-directory, so how on earth are they getting hold of our number and selling it? Don’t get caught out!

I got a call from some robotic woman saying she was with my bank’s security team, but she never said which bank it was. She mentioned there were two big, dodgy payments on my card, but didn’t say if it was my credit or debit card. Then she told me to press one for one thing and two for another. Totally felt like one of those scams trying to trick you into giving your real info. I just let it play out till the end to see what details they’d be fishing for.

I received a rather dodgy recorded message earlier today at precisely 10:33 AM. The caller claimed that funds had been debited from our account for purchases made at Amazon and overseas. It’s clear as day that this is a scam attempt. For heaven's sake, do not engage with this sham caller! This number definitely warrants a thorough investigation, and those behind this deceitful activity should be held accountable and shut down for good.

These lot are scammers, claiming to be from the bank to tell me about random charges on my card, even one from Amazon. Not buying it at all.

01615202450 was calling me, claiming to be from bank security with an automated voice (which sounded like a woman). They said there was unusual activity on my card - like £300 on Amazon and more than £1,000 on some place I’ve never shopped at. I’d just made a legit purchase, so I knew it was a scam right away. Avoid this number!

Got a call from 01615202450 earlier today claiming my credit card had been charged twice suspiciously, one for £1000 and another for £300. Funny thing is, I actually made purchases with the same card for about £1300 and £208 just this morning. They told me to press 1 if I recognised the transactions or 2 to speak to someone at their end. Honestly, it’s a nasty scam. We really need the authorities everywhere to join forces and put an end to this kind of fraud.

Just like someone else mentioned, I got a call on my home phone earlier today from someone saying they were from a "card company." They told me my account had some dodgy activity with amounts around £200 and £1200. Since I’ve never done anything like that, they said I needed to call them back. Obviously, I just hung up straight away.

I received a dubious message claiming to be from Amazon, even though I don't possess an Amazon account. They insisted that I had given permission for them to withdraw over £1000 from it. Best to ignore any correspondence from them!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Lloyds bank about some weird charges, one was over a grand and another was over a hundred quid. Let them talk for a bit then just ended the call. They called back but I cut them off again. Called Lloyds myself to check and they said it definitely wasn’t them. The caller had a foreign accent too.

This has got to be a total scam. They left a voicemail on my answer machine saying there was an unauthorised charge of £300 from AMAZON and another one for £1100 from some overseas website. They told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to their support team. Honestly, disgusting how they try to mess with us like that.

No idea who called me from 0161 5202450, but they left a message on my landline about two supposed payments - one was about £300, the other around £1500. They were asking if those payments were legit and said to press 1 or 2 to confirm if they were okay or not. Sounds dodgy to me, definitely a scam. I’m going to inform my bank and also post a warning on Facebook. So annoyed!

Got a call this morning from some dodgy sounding "Bank Security" alerting me about some odd charges on my card - no bank mentioned, just vague stuff like £300 from Amazon and £1,000 from somewhere else. The automated female voice said they thought these were suspicious since I supposedly hadn’t bought anything from those places before. Then came the classic "press 1 to speak to someone" prompt, which was obviously the scammer trying to hook me in. The robotic tone was a dead giveaway that it was a total scam.

I didn’t pick up when they rang me, no idea who it was from that number. But funny thing, I got another call yesterday from a number pretty similar, same area code but slightly different digits - 0161 520 2410. Didn’t bother answering that one either, and no voicemail or anything left.
