Got a call from a lady saying she was ringing from EE about my account, which is weird since I don't have one with them. She said she could tell I’d been a loyal customer for ages (which isn't true) and started trying to sell me an upgrade to 5G. I told her no thanks, not interested. Then she said she’d call again later. I’ve blocked the number now.

I got two calls from this number offering a great deal to upgrade my EE phone contract. They asked for loads of my info to send the new phone, but it never showed up. The background chatter made it sound like a proper call centre, so I thought it was legit. Later on, I noticed I never got any order confirmation or a reference number. After that, I rang my bank straight away, cancelled all my cards and put a fraud alert on my account.

Someone called asking if I was the account holder for an EE phone line. I just ended the call straight away. Pretty sure they were trying to pitch some other phone provider.

Got a call from this number on my phone. The person asked me to confirm who I was and then launched into some stats about the world. When I tried to find out the purpose of the call, they just repeated the same info without explaining. I asked a couple more times but never got a proper answer.
