TOTALLY A SCAM. They're claiming to offer energy grants now. They ask you to hand over your personal and bank info so they can supposedly see if you’re eligible for some free government money. Absolute scam artists. Just ignore and hang up straight away, don’t let these cheats anywhere near your details.

It seems I received a call regarding whether I met the criteria for some energy bill assistance programme. The woman on the other end had a rather heavy accent, making it difficult to catch even a third of what she was saying. When I requested her to repeat her pitch, she simply disconnected the line. There are plenty more calls to come, I’m sure! I've since blocked the number.
