I got a call from a man with an Asian accent who started off by saying he was Mr Bean. Then he suddenly changed his story and said we'd bumped into each other at a café before. After that, he went on about needing me in his life and wanting to share what he felt deep down. It was a bit confusing, to be honest.

Absolutely a scammer, no doubt about it! They said they were Virgin Mobile trying to offer me an upgrade, but they didn’t have any of my details or account info. Plus, I’ve only just recently upgraded anyway. Totally dodgy.

The phone cut off just as I was about to pick up, making me think it might be one of those automated calls. Looks like someone else might have got to it before me. I enjoy toying around with these callers for as long as I can manage before they catch on to the fact that I’m having a right laugh at their expense. It’s a bit of fun that keeps them occupied, ensuring they aren’t pestering anyone else during that time. It’s all in good humour and allows me to join in on the collective annoyance that these nuisance calls tend to generate! :)

Received a call from someone purporting to be O2 promising me a fantastic 50% reduction on my bill. Mid-conversation, I got a text that appeared to come from O2 too. Just a heads up, be extremely cautious with this number and refrain from sharing any personal details, especially your security code.

Received a dodgy call from someone claiming to represent O2 - definitely didn't sound legit! They were offering some so-called "exclusive offers," but I suspect it's all a ruse. Just another batch of scammers trying their luck!

Got a call where the person said they were from Currys PC World. There was loads of background chatter, sounded like a busy call centre, and the caller spoke English with an Asian accent. They just ended the call abruptly.

Blimey, yet another irritating call from an unknown number! Honestly, I haven't a clue why I've been bombarded with these mystery callers lately. Terrible phone line with unmistakable background noise from what sounded like a call centre. The person said they were from O2 but hung up the instant I told them "you're not calling from O2."
