Right from the start I could tell it was one of those pushy sales calls, so I told them straight up not to call me again. They just hung up on me right after that. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Got a call on 10th March 2022 around 12:45, sounded like one of those automated calls pretending to be from housing services, asking if I had reported any damp or leaks at home. When I mentioned financial problems, they asked me to say it again and then just cut me off. Oddly, I know a mate and a relative both having damp troubles in their rental places. I’m retired (70) so these scams really worry me. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

I reckon this number might be linked to a company, but I couldn’t find anything about it online. No info at all. Has anyone else dealt with this number before? Just a heads up, it’s probably a shared cost number, so best not to ring back. I've seen similar ones connected to debt advice, PPI claims or financial sales calls.
