I received a call from a lady who had a distinct Indian accent, but the background noise was quite distracting-sounded like your typical call centre chaos. She was claiming to be from Housing Disrepair and asked whether I was associated with a council or housing authority. I found her to be rather insistent, which didn’t sit well with me, so I’ve taken the liberty of blocking the number.

I returned a call to this number using my office phone, and a woman responded by stating I had reached the housing disrepair team. I can't shake the feeling that this is some sort of scam. They ring me daily, changing their number and claiming to be from various companies. Best steer clear of these calls!
