Initially, they were chatting away in Hindi, then suddenly mentioned something about demonstrating to a coworker how to brew a cuppa (?!). Perhaps I just couldn't catch it all because of the accent. In any case, I'd advise against answering their calls.

This sounds like one of those sketchy telemarketing firms. I didn't pick up, but when I rang back 0141 01615201786 (added the prefix to keep my number private), I got a message saying thanks for calling helc. There was an option 1 to "talk to an agent," but that just led to a full voicemail. Option 2 was supposed to add you to a do not call list, but after selecting it, the call just ended without letting me provide my number for the list. Proper dodgy if you ask me.
