They purport to be from the housing association discussing matters concerning my home-rather amusing, considering I’m a homeowner and have no interest in whatever they’re offering!

They even had the audacity to address me by my first name, something my actual housing association would never do unless they had my permission. An Asian gentleman picked up after a slight pause, asserting he was representing the “Housing Disrepair Association.” He launched into inquiries regarding issues like dampness and mould. I halted him mid-sentence, asking for clarification on the association's name. He merely responded, “Just a Housing Association, so DO share your concerns.” That's when I decided enough was enough and hung up, thinking, “Not a chance, you chancer!” I'm currently residing in Scotland, you dodgy blighter. I've now blocked the number and reported it. Hopefully, they won’t ring again!
