Got a call from an AI pretending to be British Gas, wanted to talk to the person who pays the bill. It actually named the contact but if you don't say yes or no when it asks your name it kinda stammers and tries again. I asked to speak to a manager, and it just hung up in the middle of me speaking. It sounded pretty real, though there was a small lag when I replied to its questions.
