I received a call from 01615201248 on the 31st of August, 2021. A lady on the other end claimed to be reaching out about council homes, which is rather peculiar since mine isn’t one of them. She mentioned something about assistance with damp-proofing or building concerns. I must admit, I voiced my frustrations quite firmly, to which she responded with a rather huffy, “There’s no need to be rude.” Honestly, when an unknown number pops up, I reckon the best course of action, as suggested by others, is to simply remain silent until they eventually hang up or, better yet, don’t pick up at all. If they’ve got anything genuine to say, they can always leave a message!
