Caution with this number! It supposedly belongs to Waltonbridge Ltd. Today, I received a call from 'Rosie' who was linked to the email address [email protected]. It appears that Waltonbridge.co.uk has illicitly accessed my income tax information through HMRC. Subsequently, the company was able to secure a cheque amounting to £1288.80. HMRC didn’t bother to verify with me prior to disbursing these funds to the limited company. Should you find yourself in a similar predicament, I urge you to reach out to Action Fraud, and report your situation to both HMRC and Companies House. This incident occurred on 5th July 2023.
