A guy with a South African accent called, saying I’d applied for a loan but it got turned down. I told him I wasn’t looking for any money at the moment. Then he said it wasn’t about lending cash, but they had some kind of solution. Didn’t bother to ask what it was and just ended the call.

Got calls from them like 5 times over the last few days, total annoyance. They kept saying I’d been in a crash, which I never was. When I said that, they asked which company I used for gas and electric. I told them I wasn’t interested and then the bloke got really rude, swearing at me and told me to never call them back.

they didnt want to tell me any exact dates but said I made a claim last year about being a passenger in a small car crash, I never gave them much info but they somehow had my postcode and said it was the address on the claim.

They said they were from some loans company, knew my name right away and when I asked how they got my number, they said I’d put in a loan application that was turned down. Thing is, I’ve never even applied for a loan. Told them to remove my number but they just wouldn’t, proper annoying.
