I received a call from someone who said they were after some random meter readings. However, I wasn't keen on the way they spoke to me. When I attempted to return the call, I was informed there was a technical issue. Quite frustrating, really!

Plus, whenever I try to ring back, I get this silly automated message about a technical issue, suggesting something's definitely off. It all has the whiff of a scam, doesn't it?
