Just this afternoon I got a call from 0161 511 8587, pretending to be BT pushing some fake deal about double data. It turned up at the same time as two other landline numbers ringing me too. They've somehow hijacked real business landline numbers to make their scam seem real, all to steal your info and even take over your mobile which could lead to your bank being compromised. It's disgusting how low these crooks will go. They seriously need to be caught, charged and thrown in jail for this nonsense.

This number has been calling non-stop, then just hanging up on me when I answer. It's really irritating and so I've decided to block it.
