On the 23rd of November, I received a call from a lady using this number, claiming to be from a children's cancer charity. She mentioned that they had contacted me during the summer and provided a security word, which was actually my grandson's name, so it seemed quite believable. Although I couldn't recall any previous conversation, she said the church had agreed to a one-time donation. Regrettably, I ended up sharing my bank card information along with my postcode and address, thinking they would send me correspondence. Turns out, I shouldn’t have trusted it so easily.

I received a call today from someone claiming to be affiliated with a children's cancer charity, asking to speak with one of our directors by name. He insisted my colleague was supposedly a supporter of their cause. Naturally, I refused to transfer the call, which seemed to irritate him quite a bit. I told him straight out that I doubted his intentions and suspected him of being a scam artist! Lo and behold, the director was right beside me and promptly interjected that he certainly had never agreed to any such thing. Total scammers, I tell you!

Today, I received a call from a chap who was after one of our directors. He claimed to represent a children's cancer organisation and insisted that the director had pledged his backing. I refused to connect the call, which seemed to get under his skin. I straight up told him I believed he was nothing more than a scam artist! As it turned out, the director was right beside me and he emphatically stated, "I definitely did not!" Talk about dodgy characters! SCAMMERS abound!

I got a call today from someone claiming to be with a kids cancer charity. They wanted to talk to one of our directors, said the director had agreed to support them. I didn’t put them through and told them straight up I thought it was a con. Turns out the director was standing right by me and he was quick to say there's no way he's involved, called them scammers too! Proper dodgy behaviour.

They kept ringing me non stop all day every day. Complete nonsense. Done with it, just blocked the number.

Someone rang me saying they worked for a firm not linked to insurance companies, saying they were looking into loads of calls I’d been getting about a car crash I supposedly took part in. Honestly, I’ve got no clue if it’s legit, but I definitely wouldn’t hand over any info to them.

Got a call from some dodgy lawyers with a right rude tone. When I told them I wasn’t in any crash, they acted like it was somehow my fault - proper annoying.
