At that point, I informed him that the nature of the call rang alarm bells for me and I wasn't keen on divulging any details. However, they persisted with their enquiries. Eventually, I decided to hang up and blocked the number out of caution. My advice? Steer clear of sharing any information or confirming anything over the phone.
